This information illustrates the methods of managing the site and relations with users, with reference to the processing of personal data, as required by art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

With reference to the data referred to in point a), the provision is mandatory as they are necessary for the functioning of the site.

These data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the service.

For the provision of data referred to in point b) the legal basis is the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the data controller to communicate with the public and respond to requests from interested parties and from the applicants themselves to receive a response to their requests. The retention time of such data is equal to the time necessary to process the request. This retention period could prove to be longer if the data subject is subject to other specific processing (for example as a customer or supplier).

For the provision of data referred to in point c), explicit consent may be requested in relation to the purposes of the processing. In that case, the treatment will be carried out for the entire period in which your consent to the treatment will be operational or until the right of opposition is exercised.

The provision of data referred to in point d) is necessary to execute the sales contract. The aforementioned data are processed until all administrative and accounting formalities have been completed and are archived for the time required by law.

 

The data being processed will not be disclosed; instead, for the purposes indicated in this information, they may be communicated to third parties to fulfill obligations deriving from the law, regulations, community regulations or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the legal relationship with you.

The data processing will be carried out in accordance with Art. 4 no. 2) of the GDPR con  both paper and electronic methods.
